Pick out your favourite song from your Spotify playlist and just dance it out. Loose yourself in the moment, forget about the world, don't think about your moves just do it. Dancing lifts our mood instantly and lets us vibe high. It is such a simple thing, it takes only a few minutes and you'll feel completely different, energised, revitalised and happy.


Smell

The smell of calming herbs or plants can instantly change our mood and bring peace and harmony. You can buy a spray, diffuser, scented candle, shampoo or essential oil, whatever suits you and your life.

Hug
